includes individuals experienced in finance, construction,
civil engineering, facilities management, and real estate
services. Our dedicated team of employees
brings a wide range of expertise to the attentive care of
each facility.

David has over 25 years experience
in real estate and facilities management and has developed
Harvard Management Solutions into one of the region's most
respected facilities management companies. A graduate of the
University of Maine, David also completed graduate level courses
in management at the University of New Hampshire. He began
his work in facility management in student housing management,
receiving management awards from the University of New Hampshire
and the University of Maine for his notable contributions
at these institutions.
In 1984, he moved into managing a
regional portfolio of housing for the elderly, before advancing
to real estate development, construction, and the management
of condominiums, office buildings and retail centers. In 1985,
Harvard Management was launched under David's sound professional
leadership and has grown into a highly regarded full-service
facilities management firm.

Scott brings 17 years of experience in all aspects of facilities,
property, community and real estate management to his position.
Prior to joining Harvard Management he was the Director of
Property Operations for a management company on Rte 128, America's
Technology Highway. He has also served on a condominium Board
of Directors holding the position of Treasurer. In addition,
Scott holds a BS degree from Northeastern University as well
as a Certificate in Facilities Management from Northeastern
University.
Scott is responsible for handling
property management, marketing and sales for Northern Massachusetts
and Southern New Hampshire.
Since 1992, Pat Therriault has provided leadership and guidance
to our property management team, ensuring our high standards
are met for each of our clients. She works in concert with
our key sales and leasing personnel who design detailed property
management plans based on extensive experience in the property
management, sales and leasing, and financial fields.

Craig brings 17 years of experience in all aspects of facilities,
property, community and real estate management to his position.
Prior to joining Harvard Management he was active in consulting
and project management in the Boston marketplace. Craig has
also previously held the position of Director of Property
Management with a Boston based real estate management firm.
In addition, Craig holds a BS degree from Plymouth State.
Craig is responsible for handling
property management, marketing and sales for the White Mountains
and Lakes Region.
